Born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Army military veteran parents, Ashley was born with hard working and determined genes. As she grew, she was blessed with the love and support of her family to pursue her own dreams and endeavors even as a child. Her passion of pageantry, dance, fashion, design, art, runway, and print modeling combined had her sharpening her tool sets of the modeling industry as young as just 5 years old. She constantly studied and perfected her favorite “walks” on the runway, practiced on and off stage in pageants, and indulged in the glamour and class that her favorite gown designer Bob Mackie conducted. As a child, she absorbed all of this and went on to craft and design her own pageant and special occasion evening wear just for her Barbie’s to model in for her very own living-room fashion shows!

Modeling was innate to Ashley once she began to compete and win in beauty pageant competitions; which ultimately led her to her very first professional modeling contract, career, and print work modeling opportunity beginning at only a fresh 8 years old. After she won the 2-state title of Hawaiian Tropic State Over-All Majestic Queen for both North Carolina and South Carolina, she went on to represent the Carolinas in the International competition held at Disney World Orlando. She was then awarded a full scholarship for Mademoiselle Modeling Agency where she immediately began print work for Children’s Wear Digest; a high-end international children’s clothing catalog, and then for Million Dollar Baby; a couture, pageant clothing brand for kids. At 9 years old, she began sketching her own garments that she would then have professionally, custom-made from scratch for her pageant competitions beginning with her master tailors Chris and Tina of the Pageant Shop in Fayetteville, North Carolina; and then later as a teenager by Patty West of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Simultaneously, she was learning her own signature “walk;” led by her coaches; her “Momager” and Bobby Barefoot of Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Ashley’s unprecedented life-long successful professional modeling career has blossomed and flourished into spectacular pieces over the years ever since she began as a child and has led her to very prestigious magazine covers and editorial acclaim. Here are the magazine covers that Ashley has graced thus far, and the number is growing! Ashley is always graciously humbled and thankful to share her model story, and the rise that it took for her as an emerging Supermodel on the SCENE!
